Before I went off to photography school, I was painting giant murals in kid’s rooms for my family’s business. Although my mom and I have retired our ladders, the creating has only just begun (cue The Carpenters music). Mom started up a business that would eventually evolve to the Paint Pixie Brushes that she offers now and recently launched Xen Art Mermaid Brushes with my daughter, Xeniah. While creating videos and projects for the brushes, I rediscovered my first love was always there all along.
